About
Our Mission
iMission was founded in 2012 with a mission to advance digital technology among nonprofit organizations, holistically and effectively, so that the people they help are better served, the causes they address are advanced, and the team members they employ are empowered.
The iMission Difference
We are unique in our scope and ability to blend and integrate digital marketing, web development, platforms, and applications to deliver robust solutions. We are intent on addressing immediate challenges and opportunities while we build a flexible foundation needed to keep pace with the evolution of technology.
Our Values
We believe that each of us can be a powerful voice for positive change and it is our shared responsibility to further a more just and sustainable world.
We encourage our team to learn, explore, and seek out new knowledge that serves our mission and values.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are among our most important values. We are proud to offer a flexible working environment that allows employment for mothers with young children, giving them strong career growth while simultaneously balancing their life responsibilities. Many of our employees are members of the Women In Tech and Salesforce Talent Alliance LinkedIn groups, supporting new members moving into the tech field.
Together with our clients and partners, we’re working to create an environment that reflects the diverse communities we serve, in an open and inclusive way. Our goal is for everyone to feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
We are equal-opportunity employers.
